Dress for Success
Fall is a tricky season. The temperatures can change dramatically day-to-day. And they can even change from the start of your run to the end. As much as I enjoy summer running in shorts and Tees, I must admit, I also like the cooler temps that are just right for Under Armour ColdGear. The mornings have been between 28-32 this past week. Perfect for ColdGear tops and leggings. The trick for me is to do 5 minutes of walking on the treadmill inside to get the blood moving and warmup my muscles before putting on the Under Armour and heading outside. This way it only takes me a minute or two to adjust to the outside temps. And once I’m totally warmed up the ColdGear wicks the moisture away to help keep me warm. If you don’t have Under Armour you need to get some, it’s an essential.
